The Kailua Kona
Vacation Condo
2010 - 2012
Trying to jump-start my life after so many
losses, I decided to purchase a condo that was
located in what my Realtor called the "Beverly
Hills of Kona".

The condo was located one block up from
Keauhou Bay; One block down from the
Keauhou Shopping Center; Within walking
distance of the Sheraton Resort and Spa,
and right on the Kona Country Club Ocean
Course Golf Course.

Poor Management
2012 to present
I purchased this condo in 2010 for only half its value, but due to poor
management and a couple of undesirable neighbors, I could only unload
it for $36,000
less than I had originally paid for it, not including all that
I spent in renovations!

Because my niece was planning on relocating to Phoenix from the
Seattle area, I decided to return to Arizona to be close to her.  I chose
a house back in the Oro Valley area, seven miles across the wash
from my former "dream house".
